Already two years after formation of the Wittmann Gesellschaft m.b.H. as producer of technical adhesives by Karl Wittmann the company was able to offer the complete range of products in the plastics joining technology.

In 1989 the Wittmann Gesellschaft m.b.H. became the general representative of BRANSON for Austria, Hungary and Slovenia. In the same year the Hungarian sales agency Wittmann Hungary was established in Esztergom.
